If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to submit information to us.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or joining our mailing list

Donations & Investment Interest

The Site describes Mount Gilgal's mission and invites people to reach out, give, or express investment interest. Please note:

• Expressing interest is not a commitment. Clicking "Give" or "Invest," or emailing us, does not create any binding financial or contractual obligation on either side.
• No securities are offered or sold through this Site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any actual investment in Mount Gilgal would be governed by separate, formal legal documents (such as a subscription agreement or term sheet), prepared and reviewed with legal counsel, and offered only in compliance with applicable securities laws.
• Donations, once made through a designated donation processor (not the mailto links currently on the Site), are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
• We make no guarantees about investment returns, timelines, or outcomes. Mount Gilgal is an early-stage, mission-driven venture, and statements about its vision describe intent, not guaranteed results.

Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, branding, and design of the Site — including the Mount Gilgal name, logo, and the personal story shared on the "Why" page — belong to Mount Gilgal Inc. or its founder and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link to the Site).

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
